Environmental Policy
It is the policy of the company, to take into account all environmental issues relating directly or indirectly in relation to its operations and activities with the aim of minimising adverse impacts on the natural environment. Essentially the Company aims:

• To comply with all demands of environmental legislation and approved codes of practice
and to co-operate fully with statutory and non-statutory bodies to achieve this.

• To assess the likely environmental effects of our activities from planning through to completion and to consider closely the use and ultimate disposal of materials and waste products, in order to achieve and reflect best practice in environmental and waste management, where reasonably practical and economic.

• To ensure that management, staff, suppliers, customers, etc. are aware of our environmental aims and objectives and co-operate in implementing the necessary standards to enable the Company to achieve its environmental goals.

To achieve these aims and objectives the Company has put in place arrangements and responsibilities which will ensure that this policy will be fully implemented.

Health and Safety Policy
Providing a safe workplace and promoting the health and wellbeing of our people has always been a core priority for the Greystone Group. As we continue to expand, we have strengthened our commitment by the appointment of Health and Safety Services (Glasgow) Ltd to ensure that we appropriately discharge our responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and all other relevant statutory legislation.

We have an enviable track record in health and safety and are committed to delivering all services in a manner that is consistently safe and without risks to our people, the environment, our customers and the general public. This policy is promoted by senior management in the company and is communicated to all our employees, customers and suppliers.

Social and Community Responsibility
As a company we take our social and community responsibility very seriously.
We endeavour to address and compliment these responsibilities; 

• by providing a better quality learning environment for our staff
• by implementing staff skills training and opportunities for training enhancement
• by providing a truly socially inclusive recruitment policy and wherever possible recruit staff from    local areas to sustain local level of   skills and employment opportunities
• by ensuring that all business decisions take into consideration the wellbeing of all members of staff, to ensure long term employment prospects
• by taking into account environmental, sustainable and social issues that are applicable to purchase decisions in relation to the delivery of goods and services to our clients
