Environmental Policy • To comply with all demands of environmental legislation and approved codes of practice and to co-operate fully with statutory and non-statutory bodies to achieve this. • To assess the likely environmental effects of our activities from planning through to completion and to consider closely the use and ultimate disposal of materials and waste products, in order to achieve and reflect best practice in environmental and waste management, where reasonably practical and economic. • To ensure that management, staff, suppliers, customers, etc. are aware of our environmental aims and objectives and co-operate in implementing the necessary standards to enable the Company to achieve its environmental goals. • To achieve these aims and objectives the Company has put in place arrangements and responsibilities which will ensure that this policy will be fully implemented. |

Health and Safety Policy We continue to strengthen our commitment to ensure that we appropriately discharge our responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and all other relevant statutory legislation.
