Floor covering refurbishment and replacement is a particular area of expertise.

We currently undertake a range of services including; PAT testing as the preferred partner, to a ranger of major companies operating in the property and facilities management sectors.

We have achieved a range of industry recognised accreditations that include; Safecontractor, Constructionline, Federation of Master Builders, CHAS and Corgi registration.

Blacksmith and Metal Fabrication
Specialises in steel fabrications including; stainless steel and structural on site steel works, mobile welding, design and supply of gates and railings and if required we can create a bespoke design to meet your needs.

We have particular experience in relation to undertaking design and construction works utilising stainless steel, with regard to the provision of bespoke balconies and internal/external staircases.

Our expert craftsmen constantly scrutinise methods of fabrication, in order to bring to you the best and most efficient service possible.

Specialist Cleaning
Undertakes all types of industrial and commercial cleaning including; high pressure water jetting, steam cleaning, graffiti and chewing gum removal, oil and sludge removal, deep cleaning of industrial units and kitchens, site clearances and high level cleaning both indoors and outdoors.

In addition to these services, we undertake a range of landlord support services in relation to Estate and Streetscape maintenance of common areas including: graffiti and chewing gum removal, clearance and upgrading of void properties and general maintenance activities. We even undertake gritting and snow clearing and ground maintenance services as required.

Contract Cleaning
Whether you require 10 or 100 operatives we provide each customer with a dedicated locally recruited team, who are fully trained to British Institute of Cleaning Science standards and are appropriately inducted to meet the specific requirements of each client. A dedicated supervisor is allocated to each contract.

We currently provide services to a number of major facilities management companies operating in the Education PFI/PPP sector. We have particular experience and expertise in deep cleaning and daily valeting of bus fleets, factory and office premises.

In recognition that traditional chemical cleaners are increasingly expensive to discharge and can be difficult to transport and handle, we have developed the effective use of Bio Products, whose micro-organisms and enzymes work in harmony with nature, to provide safe and efficient cleaning solutions, whilst protecting the environment.
