At all times we take full consideration of the fact that we are working in live buildings and that quality of work and time taken are essential, however, our operatives have the responsibility of treating each job with careful consideration and respect bearing in mind that the nature of the work can be sometimes in difficult circumstances.
Our experienced Helpdesk operators direct and log customers requests through our services team who manage each event to suit the required response. We work with local suppliers to source suitable sustainable products wherever possible.
